Israeli Occupation authorities released Thursday Palestinian Karim Younes, who has been detained for 40 years.

The spokesperson for the Asra Media Office, Hazem Hassanein, said that the prisoner, Karim Younes, was released after 40 years of detention, by placing him in the city of Ra'anana without informing any of his family members.

Hassanein added that the Israeli Occupation does this for the purpose of preventing gatherings or celebrations after someone is liberated.
