Speaking at a meeting of European Union defense ministers with their Ukrainian counterpart Oleksii Reznikov on Kyiv's military requirements, the EU's diplomacy chief Josep Borrell said that "15,000 Ukrainian soldiers will be trained in different European member states,” AFP reported.

Spain's defense minister Margarita Robles confirmed that her country's offer is to train "2,400 military personnel per year" as that's "the total capacity" it has, whilst her German counterpart Christine Lambrecht confirms that her country intends "to train 5000 soldiers by next June alone in a wide range of skills."
