The unemployment rate in Jordan decreased during the second quarter of this year 2022, according to the Department of Statistics (DoS) Wednesday.

The unemployment rate during the second quarter reached 22.6 percent, compared to 22.8 percent during the first quarter of 2022.

In June, the Secretary-General of the Ministry of Political and Parliamentary Affairs Ali Al-Khawaldeh said that unemployment is the main challenge the Jordanian youth face.
