US President Joe Biden started a Middle East tour on Wednesday in the Israeli Occupation.
Upon landing, Biden reaffirmed his Zionism and the strong ties between the US and the Israeli Occupation.
In his opening remarks, Biden said, “You don't need to be a Jew to be a Zionist.”
Biden added, "This is my tenth visit to Tel Aviv, and every opportunity to return to this country (..) is a blessing because the connection between the Israeli people and the American people is strong and deep.”
He also reiterated his support for the two-state solution.
For his part, Israeli Occupation Prime Minister Yair Lapid described US President Joe Biden as “a great Zionist.”
Biden is set to meet Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Friday in the occupied West Bank.
