Jordan recorded zero deaths and 84 new coronavirus cases in one week (from April 29 until May 6), bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 1,696,054, according to the weekly COVID-19 statistical report issued by the Ministry of Health every Sunday.

The death toll stands at 14,066.

There are nine patients receiving treatment in hospitals.

There are a total of 54 active COVID-19 cases.

A total of 7,787 PCR tests were conducted in one week.

The weekly positive PCR test rate reached 1.1 percent.
