Filming of the tenth season of Sit Al Nakhat, which has become a daily staple in every Jordanian household during Ramadan, was concluded on March 7, 2022. Sit AlNakhat - in collaboration with Knorr - is a cooking competition show that supports and empowers women to make their culinary dreams come true!

The contestants must reach the final stage of the competition to win a cash prize of JD 10,000 and the prestigious title of “Sit Al Nakhat,” all of which will be decided by a panel of judges consisting of Chef Deema Hajjawi, the main chef on the show who is one of the most followed Arab chefs on social media due to her exciting and modern content as well as her strong and unique relationship with her followers, in addition to Chef Taimour Mauge whose skills and techniques introduce the viewer to another side of culinary arts and displays a beautiful cultural image of every country he visits during his show “Chef Man” which is broadcasted on Roya TV.

For the second year in a row, the panel also includes Chef Yousef Iqleim, who is a chef in the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts, and holder of a professional culinary diploma from the United Kingdom.

The previous nine seasons have been a smashing success nationwide among competition cooking shows. Sit Al Nakhat achieved the highest viewership ratings on TV as well as on social media.

This show aims to empower women and support them financially as well as morally to reach their full culinary potential.

Sit Al Nakhat has a huge influence on the lives of the contestants even for those women who do not win the title, but are still encouraged to keep moving forward and make their dreams come true.
