Orange Jordan launched Wi-Fi Campus at its center in Na’our to offer comprehensive training for employees for all-related home internet issues, to enhance customers’ experiences and understand it in a better way, while including the Smart Life Solutions such as in-door cameras, sensors, and other devices, noting that the training courses started earlier this month.

The Wi-Fi Campus enhances the employees’ knowledge regarding the factors that may affect home internet and its quality, such as the quality of the walls, used devices, the house parameter, reflecting on understanding the customers’ experiences to ensure the best internet experience.

The CEO of Orange Jordan, Thierry Marigny, stated that establishing the Wi-Fi Campus is to provide employees with the necessary training and experience to offer unmatched after-sales services for the subscribers that suit the company's position as a responsible digital leader. This direction is considering the variety of the company’s internet technologies, the increased use of Wi-Fi networks, and customers' preference over wired networks for both homes and businesses.

He added that this step is in line with the growth in Wi-Fi networks and the importance of Wi-Fi during the pandemic, where learning and working became remotely, making high-quality internet coverage a necessity for homes, with few solvable issues due to the load on networks.

The Manager of the Center, Eng. Ayham Farraj showcased the goals behind the initiative, which are to provide advanced training courses for employees in customer services departments, sales, and shops, in addition to the technicians, as it mimics the Smart Home experience, providing a suitable environment for this type of training and a practical experience to show potential Internet quality problems and how to solve them.

He also stressed that this space aims to train more than 660 employees within six months, reaching all the company’s employees in the various departments, noting that these courses are continuous to ensure that Orange employees are up to date with all developments in fiber and Wi-Fi technology, where this training will be available to every employee who joins the company.
