The Israeli Occupation army announced Sunday morning the assassination of five Palestinians in several areas in the occupied West Bank. This came after intense clashes broke out between Palestinians and the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF).

The spokesperson for the Israeli Occupation army said that the IOF carried out a wave of arrests from Saturday night through Sunday morning across the West Bank as a part of a large-scale arrest operation against Hamas activists carried out by Al-Yamam Forces and the Duvdevan Unit.

In a seperate context, Sunday at dawn, the IOF kidnapped two young men from Jenin camp.

Palestinian media, quoting security sources, said that the special units used a Palestinian car loaded with vegetables, and surrounded a 25-year-old, Ahmed Omar Mustafa Salah, while he was inside his car at a gas station in the city. The young man was threatened with a gun and taken from his car to an unknown destination.

The other young man who was kidnapped is Muhammad Mazen Al-Saadi.

Saadi was released from prison several times, and has been chased by the IOF for two months.
