The director of Arabia Weather, Muhammad Al Shaker, revealed the details of the first cold air mass set to affect Jordan on Thursday and Friday.

Al Shaker told Roya that temperatures will drop starting from Wednesday night, influenced by a cold air mass approaching the country.

The temperature on Thursday night will be 18°C.

A slight chance of rain is expected on Thursday, especially in the northern regions, some high areas in Amman, and in the south.

Heavy clothing is recommended, as the rainfall will be scattered during the day.

The cold weather is expected to last for 18 hours, which is considered early at this time of the year.

Al Shaker predicted Friday to be the “coldest night.”

The weather on Friday will be cold during the day with the appearance of low clouds. Scattered showers of rain might appear in parts of the north and center of the country and some southern regions.

On Saturday, temperatures will rise, with weather turning mild during the day, and pleasant at night.

It is recommended to pay attention to low horizontal visibility due to dusty winds in the Badia regions on Thursday.

It is also recommended to pay attention to slippery roads on Friday caused by the showers of rain in some areas.
