Wednesday, a 66-year-old man was shot in the head while he was in his office inside a gas station near Mecca Street in Amman, according to a security source.

The source told Roya that a report was received to the security services that a man in his sixties was suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.

The source added that the man was transferred to a hospital to receive treatment. His condition was described as critical.

Investigations are currently underway.
