Friday, a traffic sergeant saved 17 children from a fire that broke out near a kindergarten in Irbid.

Amen FM reported that Omar Jaber saw the smoke rising from an area near the kindergarten and heard the children screaming, and therefore headed over to rescue them.

All 17 children were evacuated and kept safe in a house nearby.
