The suspension of attendance includes kindergarten children and students in all grades between fourth and eleventh.

Parents of students in first, second and third grade have the choice to send their children to school or depend on distance learning.

Attendance continues normally for eleventh and twelfth grade students enrolled in international programs and have external or mock examinations.

School principals are responsible for organising classes and following up with students regarding remote education, in-class education, and the shifts system.

The Ministry of Education announced a set of decisions in effect during the suspension of attendance in all public, private, UNRWA, and Military schools, as well as kindergartens for a period of two weeks, starting Thursday.

The Ministry emphasized that monitoring visits continue to schools daily to ensure the implementation of the health and educational protocol.
