The Health Affairs Directorate in Zarqa fined three clinics and issued warnings against 26 other clinics following Public Health Law violations.

This came after these clinics violated the requried health standards in the management and sorting of medical waste, in accordance with the Public Health Law, said the Health Director of Zarqa, Khalil Al-Rawahneh.

He added that the concerned authorities alerted 20 medical laboratories and 10 beauty salons, while closing one factory.

Additionally, 18 other factories were issued warnings and three others were fined for violating the conditions and standards necessary to maintain the health and safety of their workers.
