Saturday, the head of the vaccination department at the Ministry of Health, Kamel Abu Sel, said that Jordan is set to receive roughly 640,000 doses of coronavirus vaccines doses at the end of March.

Abu Sel explained that the vaccines will include 41,000 doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccines, and 600,000 from the AstraZeneca-Oxford University vaccines as part of the COVAX initiative.

He indicated that all those registered on the ministry's vaccination platform would be vaccinated upon the arrival of the COVAX vaccines.
