Wednesday, the Ministry of Health launched a platform to register those wishing to take the coronavirus vaccine.

Registration on the site requires entering a national number for Jordanians, or a personal number for other nationalities, in addition to the date of birth. Once filled in, the personal information will appear from the official records.

Individuals are then asked to specify which healthcare center is closest to them, and then the sector of employment, chronic diseases and contraindications must be declared (if applicable).

Registrars must then consent to the terms and enter a contact number to receive appointments, notifications and vaccine certificate messages.

In order to activate a personal file, the authentication code received on the mobile after registration must be used.
