The United States of America is the worst affected country by the coronavirus crisis with 214,379 deaths out of 7,719,254 confirmed cases and at least 3,062,983 recoveries.

Brazil is the second most affected country, as the number of deaths have reached 150,198 out of 5,082,637 confirmed cases.

The third most affected country is India, which recorded 108,334 deaths out of 7,053,806 cases.

Mexico comes fourth with 83,642 deaths out of 814,328 cases, followed by the United Kingdom which recorded 42,760 deaths out of 590,844 cases.

However, Peru is the country with the highest number of deaths in comparison to its population with 101 people dying per 100,000 positive COVID-19 cases.

Belgium comes second recording 88 deaths per 100,000 cases, after which comes Bolivia with 71 deaths per 100,000 cases and Brazil with 71 deaths per 100,000 cases.
