Jordan has recorded 10 deaths and 928 new coronavirus cases on Sunday, 923 of which are local cases, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 24,926.

The number of COVID-19 deaths in Jordan now totals 191.

The cases are: 

• 614 in Amman.
• 89 in Balqa.
• 71 in Irbid.
• 71 in Zarqa.
• 49 in Ajlun.
• 14 in Jerash.
• Six in Madaba.
• Six in Tafilah.
• Two in Maan.
• One in Karak.
• Five people who have travelled from abroad.

A total of 56 recovery cases have been confirmed in Jordan.

A total of 17,505 PCR tests have been conducted on Sunday, bringing the total number to 1,417,257.
