Four new local coronavirus cases have been recorded in Jordan after the coronavirus announcement on Monday evening — two cases in Zarqa and two in Ramtha.

Two areas were isolated in Zarqa, following the confirmation of both cases on Tuesday morning.

The positive cases in Ramtha involve two people who were already in isolated in their homes, after coming into contact with another positive case.

Both cases in Ramtha were transferred to the isolation area in the Dead Sea, since they did not showed any symptoms.

COVID-19 investigation in Ramtha took approximately 100 samples from those who came into contact with the positive cases.
