Orange Jordan’s startup Accelerator Program (BIG) held a webinar that tackled the MEA seeds Challenge and the opportunities it offers to startups that utilize the latest technologies to contribute to the MENA region’s progress.

The webinar hosted Mr. Grégoire de Padirac, Orange Venture Investment Manager, who talked to entrepreneurs about how this opportunity will contribute to enhancing and developing their projects, whereas a company from each country will receive up to €150,000 as a direct fund, marketing and technical support and mentorship from Orange for a year, in addition to offering one company an opportunity to join Seedstars mentorship program for three months.

During this session, Padirac answered entrepreneurs' questions regarding the latest challenge launched by the fund, and how it will impact their projects, stressing that it aims to boost competitiveness, initiative spirit and entrepreneurship for positive change.

This investment is directed to the startups that employ technology to elevate different industries such as telecom, agriculture technologies, communications, e-commerce, electronic Energy, electronic education, Fintech, health technologies, and e-government.
