Jordan has confirmed four new coronavirus cases today, bringing the total number of cases since the beginning of the crisis to 1,132, the Minister of Health, Saad Jaber, announced.

During a press conference at the Prime Ministry building, the minister said the new cases are citizens who have recently returned from abroad, including three from Saudi Arabia and one from Pakistan. 

Jaber added that 15 recovery cases were reported today, bringing the total number of recoveries to 871.

Nearly 5,842 random tests were conducted today, bringing the total number of tests conducted since the beginning of the crisis to 385,638.
