Examination results of 29 people who had close contact with the vegetable trader infected with coronavirus at Al-Arda wholesale fruit and vegetable market, were negative, Director of Health Affairs in Balqa governorate, member of the National Committee for Epidemics and the official overseeing coronavirus in Balqa, Dr. Wael Al-Azab, confirmed on Sunday, April 5.

Azab explained that before he tested positive, the trader was asked to commit to home quarantine as a precaution as he had contact with his infected brother who returned from the United Kingdom. However, he didn't adhere to the instructions and continued his work as a vegetable seller.
