JAF: Epidemics Committee approves plan to discharge people quarantined at Dead Sea hotels

The National Committee for Epidemics has unanimously approved an action plan to discharge the people quarantined at the Dead Sea hotels.

This plan will be the only approved course of action for the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF) to discharge people from the hotels, JAF said.

It was developed within a methodology that relies on procedures that provide the maximum safety for the quarantined.

As of Monday morning, March 30, 2020, the medical teams of the Royal Medical Services will distribute informative leaflets to the quarantined, conduct a clinical evaluation in their rooms within the standards of the national plan and will take the appropriate decision.

The success of this plan depends on everyone’s commitment from the moment they leave the rooms.

The committee stresses the necessity of applying the conditions of the home quarantine for two weeks and contacting the hotline number (111), which will be provided with a list of doctors' names to respond to inquiries and take the necessary action when needed.
