Bakery Owners Association President, AbduIlah Hamawi has confirmed today that it is mulling a mechanism to produce and distribute wheat-free bread for people with wheat allergy.

Hamawi said that the Kingdom's bakeries are operating regularly without any hindrance, noting that flour and necessary raw materials' stockpile is safe.

He stated that the first day of delivering bread to citizens is a new experience for all, indicating that most of the bakeries' permits were issued, and work is underway to issue permits for the rest of the bakeries.
