Anyone coming from countries with coronavirus cases will be banned from entering Jordan

The Minister of Health, Dr. Saad Jaber, confirmed that the government will ban anyone coming from countries where the novel coronavirus is spread from entering the Kingdom.

During a parliament session held this morning, Jaber said that Jordan is one of the first countries to take precautionary measures to combat the virus.

A number of medical devices had been requested from China to detect the new virus, he said, adding that a number of those devices have been received this morning.
