Mohammad Abu Rumman was appointed Minister of Culture and Youth as part of the Cabinet reshuffle decision on October 11, 2018 .

Abu Rumman holds a BA in Political Sciences from Yarmouk University in 1995, a Master’s degree in Political Sciences from Albayt University 2000, and a PhD. in the Philosophy of Political Theory from Cairo University in Egypt.
