Jordanian Minister of Labor, Samir Murad, announced the launch of the recruitment website for Jordanians seeking  jobs in Qatar earlier today.

The employment platform can accessed through the link here:  www.jqpee.jo - on Wednesday, August 1, 2018.

The Press conference clarified that the selection process will be solely managed by the job-offering employers in Qatar. However, Murad urged those those interested to directly apply by visiting the website which will has already received 2000+ applications since its launch.

The website requires creating a profile with the full name, Civil ID Number, National Number, contact information as well as the CV of the job-seeker. Once a profile is created, visitors will be able to navigate the seven categories available for each Job Sector. 

On its first day of launch, the website faced some technical difficulties due to the massive visits of thousands of jordanian users. When asked about it, Spokesman of the Ministery of Labor, Mohammad Khatib, told Roya reporter that the problem is temporary and that the website will be fixed and up and running (again) soon.
