Rest assured, mothers, that the French infant milk brands that were pulled from stores by the Ministry of Health in France, after finding Salmonella in them, were not registered in Jordan or imported to the country, according to the Food and Drug Administration.

The administration confirmed in a statement on Sunday that the French Ministry of Health did indeed withdraw three types of baby milk for possible contamination with Salmonella, after 20 babies under six-months-old in eight regions in France contracted a Salmonella infection after using those products.

Parents have been urged to report any complaints or observations regarding food, medicine, milk and nutritional products for infants, by contacting the administration via WhatsApp (0795632000), telephone (5008080) or email ([email protected]).
