The Jordan Medical Association has called on the government to take a firm stand against “The Jordan Option: The Only Road To Peace” conference, which calls for the establishment of a Palestinian State on Jordanian territory.

The association said in a statement on Tuesday that the conference, which is being held in Jerusalem today by the the International Jewish-Muslim Dialogue Center, aims at destabilizing the security and stability of Jordan, and that it is “based on the ideas of the scum who are traitors of their religion and their homeland, and who call themselves the Jordanian opposition abroad.”

The association added that they are also calling on the government to cut ties with the “Israeli enemy,” and to end all agreements between Jordan and Israel.
