Israeli naval forces opened fire on Palestinian fishing boats off the coast of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip on Saturday morning, reported Maan news.
No injuries were reported from the incident.
Israeli forces targeted the fishermen for no reason, according to locals.
Palestinian fishermen have been obliged to work within a limited fishing zone since 2007.
Israel has seized five fishing boats, detained 14 Palestinian fishermen, shot and injured four and killed two, since the beginning of this year, according to Al Mezan Center for Human Rights.
