The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has been following up through the Jordanian Embassy in Cairo on the death of a Jordanian citizen in Egypt due to a heart attack, Director of the Operations Center at the Ministry, Sufian Qudah said on Wednesday, July 31, 2019.

The Egyptian authorities have informed the Jordanian Embassy in Cairo that the death was of natural causes and that his family was informed, Qudah added.

He noted that the embassy and the Ministry's Operations Center have completed the procedures of transferring the dead body to the Kingdom.

Qudah also expressed his deepest condolences to the deceased's family.
