Israeli authorities delivered a demolition notice to a Palestinian home in the occupied East Jerusalem neighbourhood of Jabel Mukaber Thursday.

According to Wadi Helwa Information Center, the notice was delivered by staff from the Jerusalem municipality, run by Israeli authorities, and accompanied by military reinforcements.

The Palestinian house under threat of demolition consists of a family of five members, Wadi Helwa Information Center added.

According to the United Nations, 202 Palestinians were displaced and 116 buildings have been demolished in East Jerusalem since the beginning of the year.
