Saturday, former Prime Minister Mudar Badran passed away at the age of 89.

He was born in Jerash, Jordan, in 1934.

Badran completed his secondary education in Karak in 1951, then he moved to Damascus University to study law.

He entered the government for the first time as Minister of Education in 1973. The following year, he moved to the presidency of the Royal Hashemite Court.
