  • Military officials stated that 324 Houthi personnel and field commanders were neutralized, alongside the destruction or disabling of 108 combat vehicles and weapons systems
  • Operations focused on Houthi supply routes, command nodes, and reinforcements across Taiz, as well as frontlines east of Sanaa in Al-Jawf, Marib, and Al-Bayda

The Yemeni Armed Forces announced on Thursday that they executed nearly 1,000 targeted military strikes against Houthi forces across several key battlefronts within a 24-hour window as part of their offensive dubbed "Fajr Al-Yemen" (Dawn of Yemen).

Official military spokesperson Colonel Majid Abdullah Al-Nuzaili said government forces carried out 982 precision strikes using fighter jets, combat drones, field artillery, and rocket launchers. The strikes targeted Houthi command-and-control centers, sniper nests, heavy weapon emplacements, and supply routes.

The military stated that the coordinated operations resulted in the "neutralization" of 324 Houthi fighters and field commanders, in addition to destroying or disabling 108 vehicles and assorted heavy and medium weapons platforms.

In the southwestern governorate of Taiz, government troops and allied popular resistance units engaged in defensive and offensive actions to intercept Houthi regrouping efforts, backed by sustained artillery and air support.

The spokesperson added that offensive pressure was maintained across eastern frontlines bordering the capital, Sanaa, including positions in Marib, Al-Jawf, and Al-Bayda, as well as sectors along the southern and southwestern axes. Alongside combat engagements, engineering teams continued sweeping areas to dismantle landmines and improvised explosive devices deployed along civilian and military transit corridors.

The military stated that its operations strictly adhere to international humanitarian law and incorporate precautionary protocols to safeguard civilian infrastructure and non-combatants.
