Ibrahim Abdul Karim Dawood, a local resident from Beita, was arrested by 'Israeli' forces during a military raid in January.

'Israeli' security authorities accused him of involvement in armed shooting attacks directed against military units operating in the district, subsequently issuing an order slated for the demolition of his family home.

The 'Israeli' military systematically carries out punitive residential demolitions against Palestinians. International human rights organizations, United Nations bodies, and Palestinian officials routinely condemn the measure, stating that demolishing residences penalizes family members for alleged acts of relatives, constituting collective punishment in violation of the Fourth Geneva Convention.
