Saudi Forces of the Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen intercepted and destroyed multiple aerial threats over the past few hours, including drones, cruise missiles, and a ballistic missile launched toward several regions in Saudi Arabia and adjacent maritime routes.

Official Spokesman for the Coalition, Maj. Gen. Turki Al-Malki, announced that air defense systems intercepted and destroyed three explosive-laden drones targeted at the Kingdom's Southern Region and the capital, Riyadh.

Additionally, Coalition forces successfully intercepted and destroyed two cruise missiles operating over the Red Sea.

Maj. Gen. Al-Malki confirmed that Coalition air defense systems also detected and destroyed a ballistic missile fired toward the western port city of Yanbu over the past few hours.

The Coalition reiterated its ongoing readiness to neutralize airborne threats and protect civilian infrastructure, urban centers, and international shipping lanes across the region.
