Management at TG The Gym in Apple Valley, California, has declined to comply with local code enforcement demands directing the business to remove a prominent outdoor banner from its property facade.

The black-and-red banner, which features the slogan "America First, Not Israel" alongside the business logo, remains posted on the exterior of the facility following citations issued by the Town of Apple Valley Code Enforcement department.

The dispute gained public attention eight months ago when a co-founder of the gym posted a video address displaying a yellow "Notice of Violation" issued by municipal inspectors. Standing in front of the banner, the owner questioned the town's legal basis for demanding the sign's removal.

"Should we have to take down a sign that clearly states what is true, and is on our property, and is done professionally?" the co-founder asked in the video update.

Despite the citation issued by municipal officials, the business has maintained the signage on its storefront, citing property rights and free expression as the enforcement process continues.
