The Queens home where US President Donald Trump spent his early childhood has sold for $1.93 million following an eight-month renovation.
Listing agent Joe Zhu of RE/MAX Edge confirmed the sale to the New York Post, saying the property initially returned to the market at $2.3 million before its asking price was reduced.
The home ultimately sold for about $60,000 below its most recent $1.99 million asking price.
The final sale represents a nearly $1.1 million increase from the property’s previous purchase price of $835,000 in 2025.
The 3,100-square-foot house underwent extensive renovations, including a new chef’s kitchen, herringbone flooring and upgraded bathrooms. Its original Tudor-style exterior was preserved.
The property had reportedly stood vacant for years before its 2025 purchase by developer Tommy Lin, with mold, damaged pipes and other signs of neglect.
The home’s connection to Trump also drew interest from buyers attracted to its historical significance, helping add a premium to its value following the renovation.
