Erdogan “doesn’t like me,” says Netanyahu

In a television appearance on Hebrew Channel 14 flagship show The Patriots, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed regional developments and commented directly on his notoriously tense relationship with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

Netanyahu acknowledged the deep-seated friction between Ankara and Tel Aviv.

“I mean, there are tasks to complete and there are also new threats,” he said.

“Erdogan doesn't really like us and me that much," Netanyahu added during the broadcast.

"We know that we are in an environment that is still challenging."

“These people who aspire to eliminate the State of Israel are given the power. Because look at what the enemies of Israel want. Erdogan says: ‘Netanyahu must fall,’” he said in more statements.

“And Hezbollah, [Naim] Qassem says: ‘Netanyahu must fall.’” he added.

Netanyahu:

There are still missions to complete in Gaza, Lebanon, and Syria, and there are also new threats.
