Armed kidnapping and criminal conviction
According to court filings and police reports, Alon’s legal troubles stem from a September 2024 incident in Dover, New Hampshire, when, alongside an associate, the pair held an acquaintance at gunpoint, falsely suspecting him of spiking Alon’s drink.
Alon held the victim hostage using loaded handguns, including one fitted with a silencer. Police officers responded to a suspicious vehicle parked outside Alon’s residence and intervened after hearing the victim's cries for help inside the house.
Following the arrest, Alon was convicted of kidnapping, criminal threats involving a deadly weapon, and drug possession. The culprit received a sentence of two to six years in state prison.
Alon initiated legal proceedings against state prison authorities over placement in a male correctional facility and access to transgender healthcare services.
Rather than serving out the full term or parole in the state system, Alon was transferred directly from state prison custody into federal immigration detention on August 20 to await deportation procedures back to 'Israel'.
