Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) demolished a series of homes and vital water infrastructure in the Masafer Yatta region of south Hebron Monday morning, local sources reported.
The demolition campaign targeted a property belonging to Yasser Abu Sabha, an 80-square-meter home that housed five residents. Additionally, 'Israeli' forces demolished a house owned by an elderly Palestinian woman, along with two sheds, a sheep pen, a sanitation unit, and a residential room.
Two water wells were also destroyed, with capacities of 150 and 300 cubic meters respectively.
Masafer Yatta, a predominantly agricultural region, has been repeatedly targeted by IOF aggression since 'Israel' designated the area a 'firing zone' in 1980. Violent settler attacks and the systematic destruction of infrastructure have led to the continued displacement of multiple communities in the region.
