The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior announced that its security apparatus, represented by the State Security Service, successfully foiled an impending terrorist plot targeting a vital national facility and arrested a Kuwaiti citizen affiliated with the terrorist organization Daesh.
According to an official statement issued by the ministry, the arrest followed meticulous security tracking and surveillance operations that apprehended the suspect before he could execute the planned attack.

Investigations conducted by security officials revealed that the suspect had undergone training in manufacturing explosives and unmanned aerial vehicles.

Reaffirming its security posture, the ministry added that it will show zero tolerance toward anyone seeking to compromise national security or the safety of citizens and residents, pledging to handle any suspicious activities with firm legal action.
