Shira Braun, a soldier in the ‘Israeli’ military who manages the military’s international TikTok account, is under investigation and facing disciplinary action after appearing in an extended livestream with American influencer Braden Eric Peters, known online as “Clavicular.”

The incident occurred during Peters’ recent visit to Tel Aviv.

Braun serves in the military’s International Spokesperson’s Unit, a small team of around 20 soldiers handling the military’s social media presence in multiple languages.

During an approximately 11-hour livestream broadcast by Peters from Tel Aviv last week, Braun was prominently featured, at times presented as his girlfriend, and revealed her role managing the ‘Israeli’ military’s TikTok account.

Peters, a prominent “looksmaxxing” influencer, has a documented history of associations with “antisemitic content,” according to Hebrew media.

This includes footage of him singing along to Kanye West’s “Heil Hitler” track and appearing in a Nazi salute incident at a Miami nightclub earlier in 2026.

According to the footage, Peters expressed excitement upon learning of Braun’s position and suggested uploading his own content to the ‘Israeli’ military’s official TikTok account.

Braun responded that it could get her in serious trouble, and the idea was not pursued after a phone call.

The Spokesperson’s Unit issued a statement confirming the investigation.

“The soldier acted without coordination with her commanders, and her conduct does not meet the standards expected of IDF soldiers. The incident is under investigation, and the soldier will face disciplinary action.”

Braun has faced significant backlash, including death threats, following the widely circulated footage.

She later apologized, stating she was unaware of the full extent of the accusations against Peters, and pushed back publicly against the threats.
