US President Donald Trump shared a video on Truth Social showing a kindergarten graduation ceremony at a public charter school in St. Paul, Minnesota.

The footage, originally posted by the right-wing X account "End Wokeness," shows young children in caps and gowns singing during their celebration.

Many of the girls are visibly wearing hijabs beneath their graduation caps.

Trump initially shared the clip without additional commentary before reposting it alongside the original caption: “Public school in St. Paul, Minnesota. Every girl is in hijab… in kindergarten.”

Trump shared the post framing it as evidence of cultural change rather than a neutral celebration of academic milestones.

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz promptly condemned the post.

“The President of the United States is attacking a group of kindergarteners because of the clothes they wore to school,” Walz said on X.

Local leaders and advocacy groups echoed these concerns, arguing that amplifying such imagery risks inciting anti-Muslim sentiment and places young children in the crosshairs of national political discourse.
