Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said the memorandum of understanding is clear and publicly available, adding that it obliges the US president to restrain Washington's allies in Tel Aviv.

Araghchi said any threat targeting Iran's people or leadership would be met with an immediate and decisive response.

"The memorandum of understanding is clear and available to everyone, and it obliges the US president to restrain his allies in Tel Aviv," Araghchi said.

He added: "Any threat targeting our people and leadership will be met with an immediate and decisive response."
