Pakistan will facilitate the return of 30 Iranian nationals, including fishermen and crew members recently held in separate maritime incidents, Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said.

The group includes eight fishermen rescued at sea by the British vessel MMA Valour after their boat became stranded, as well as 22 crew members from a separate vessel identified as Lenore/Davina, which Dar said was recently intercepted by US authorities.

All 30 individuals are expected to return to Iran via Karachi in the coming days.

Dar said Islamabad remains committed to humanitarian cooperation and to providing assistance in such cases, describing the effort as part of ongoing support for Iranian citizens caught in maritime incidents in the region.
