The former head of ‘Israel’s’ spy agency Mossad Tamir Pardo calls the ongoing settler attacks against Palestinians in the West Bank an "existential threat” to ‘Israel’.

“My mother was a Holocaust survivor, and what I saw reminded me of the events that happened against Jews in the last century. I feel ashamed,” Pardo says to Channel 13, while touring Palestinians villages that were attacked by settlers in recent months.

However, Pardo said that dealing with the settler violence could spark a “civil war”, citing how much of them are politically connected and supported by top figures in ‘Israel’.

Pardo referenced an ‘Israeli’ philosopher Yeshayahu Leibowitz, who warned that attempting to control millions of Palestinians in the West Bank could bring great harm to ‘Israel’, by possibly creating another October 7 situation, according to Pardo.
