Hezbollah affirms continued resistance against ‘Israel’ aggression

Hezbollah’s Secretary-General, Naim Qassem, delivered a message to fighters in the field, marking 15 months since the start of confrontations. He emphasized that the resistance remains committed to the “consumed thunder” strategy to counter 'Israeli'-American aggression and safeguard the nation’s independence and sovereignty.

Qassem described the ongoing confrontations as “the noblest of deeds” and said steadfastness on the battlefield reflects the insight and courage drawn from the teachings of the prophets and the Ahl al-Bayt. He stated that fighters confront “the devils of the earth” with faith, noting that all sacrifices, including the blood of Hassan Nasrallah and other martyred leaders, form a crucial legacy for continuity and achieving decisive victory.

He also outlined resistance strategies following a period of diplomatic efforts, asserting that the battlefield has revealed a high level of “meticulous preparation” in terms of operational secrecy, force deployment, and fighter mobility for direct engagements with the enemy. According to Qassem, the resistance successfully thwarted enemy surprises after understanding its aggressive plans, leaving adversaries bewildered in the face of fighters’ unwavering resolve.

Qassem concluded by reiterating key objectives for a potential resolution: stopping the aggression, full withdrawal from occupied territories, releasing prisoners, and enabling displaced families to return home as reconstruction begins. He reaffirmed that the resistance will continue its efforts in the “field of honor,” regardless of sacrifices, until the “sun of liberation and freedom rises.”
