1 hour ago|German aviation group Lufthansa told its employees to prepare to leave ‘Israel’ and announced it would cancel all flights to and out of ‘Israel’ starting from tomorrow, Thursday – according to Hebrew channel 12.
Lufthansa has daily flights operating out of Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv.
The news comes as tensions mount over a possible US military action against Iran over what the US says is the government cracking down on demonstrators amid the nationwide protest sweeping the country.
Channel 12 also reported that Italy’s flag carrier ITA Airways has cancelled its flights from Rome to Tel Aviv this evening.
