Istanbul witnessed on Saturday the opening of “Free Gazza Market”, a store dedicated entirely to boycott-free products.
Located in the Beylikdüzü district, the market is established to promote principled shopping choices, it avoids goods associated with entities under the Gaza boycott, in which consumers refrain from buying any products associated with ‘Israel’.

“Free Gaza Market was founded to support the Palestinian people and advocate for an economic boycott against Israeli oppression,” the store says on its website.
“By offering alternatives to brands that support Israel, we ensure that every purchase you make is a statement. Our main goal is to create a platform where conscientious consumers can shop with confidence,” it added.
The grand opening, announced with enthusiasm, invited the public to Beylikdüzü under the banner "Söz bitti, eylem başladı," meaning "Words are over, action has begun."
The boycott of ‘Israeli’ products grew massively after the ‘Israeli’ assault on Gaza in October 2023, in which over 70,000 Palestinians were killed.
