The Ministry of Energy said via Telegram, “Russia is once again attacking our energy infrastructure. As a result, emergency power outages have begun in many regions of Ukraine.”
State operator Ukrenergo reported a “missile and drone attack” and added that repair work will begin as soon as security conditions allow.
